3. Equipment is left behind when the event ends
Exhibitions rotate. Equipment installed for this layout sits awkwardly in the next one. If removal and reinstallation are difficult, the analytics program ends up being a one time project.

III. Design distribution and collection first

Not every visitor needs a badge. If you secure a statistically meaningful sample, dwell and route trends still emerge. Confirming first whether sampling holds up cuts both badge quantity and staffing significantly.
2. Wearing safety
For venues with many child visitors, lanyard length and material matter more than technical specifications. Verify that the cord breaks away under tension and that the length does not wrap around the neck.
3. Handling non returns
Some people will always walk out without returning a badge. Without an alert for unreturned badges at the exit and a procedure that reconciles distributed count against returned count, stock disappears quickly.
4. Cleaning and reuse
These are shared items, so cleaning and disinfection procedures are required. Deciding who does this and when is what keeps operations running through the length of the event.
IV. Installation that does not disturb the exhibition design
In an exhibition the space itself is the work. Visible control equipment breaks the presentation. So receivers are placed in minimum quantity along zone boundaries and entry and exit routes, and mounting positions are chosen outside the visitor sight line.
Power is the same problem. Most exhibition halls are leased or carry maintenance restrictions that make new wiring difficult.
