Product serials and process zone pass records are passed to MES, ERP and labeling systems. When several systems share the same product number, movement records and work orders are matched by that number. Work completion status is confirmed from the fields and processing rules integrated from the existing systems.
Tag Recovery After Completion
Flag completed products for tag recovery and reassign returned tags to the next production item.
